Guild of St. Anthony
The Antonine Sisters take their name after Saint Anthony of the Desert who followed the words of Jesus: “Go, sell what you own, and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; then come, follow me.” (Mark 10:2)
In 2002, friends of the Antonine Sisters started the Guild of St. Anthony to support the Sisters’ ministry to the elderly and disabled in the United States. Annual membership in the guild is $60 per person ($40 is tax deductible). Members enjoy an annual Recognition Dinner with exquisitely delicious Lebanese food prepared by the Sisters.
The Sisters thank God for their benefactors and include the members of the St. Anthony Guild on their prayer list.
